Disclaimers

1. Standard-quality materials shall be used for all construction work. The developer reserves the right to make changes to dimensions, designs, and specifications, and such changes shall be binding on all members. External alterations or modifications shall be strictly prohibited.
2. Development charges, GST, documentation charges, stamp duty, G.E.B. meter deposit, and other applicable charges shall be payable separately.
3. Each member shall be required to pay maintenance charges separately, as applicable.
4. Possession shall be handed over within one month after the full and final settlement of all outstanding dues and accounts.
5. Any additional or extra work requested by the client shall be carried out at the client's cost. A prior estimate shall be provided, and the applicable amount shall be payable in advance.
6. The developer reserves the full right to make any changes as may be necessary.
7. This brochure does not form part of any agreement or legal document. It is intended solely for the general presentation and illustration of the project.
