Yes. Every house has its own parking space right in front of it, for a car, a two-wheeler, or both. There is also separate visitor parking in the common area, so guests do not use your space.

Yes. The whole of Lake Tree Avenue is inside one gated boundary, with an entry gate and a security cabin. There is security 24 hours a day, and CCTV at the entry gate and at points along the avenue. At the front there are no walls between the houses; at the back, each house has its own compound wall.

The developer sets up a maintenance society, and every homeowner is a member. You pay maintenance once a year. It covers security staff, housekeeping, the garden and landscaping, street lights and other common electrical equipment, and other shared costs. The annual amount is not fixed yet; ask us and we will tell you where it stands.

Development charges, GST, documentation charges, stamp duty, the G.E.B. meter deposit and other applicable charges are payable separately. Maintenance is also paid separately. Ask us for the full list with amounts.

Yes. Each house has its own private terrace above the first floor, reached by your own staircase inside the house. It is not a shared terrace.

Yes. You can see the floor plans, get the price and do a video walkthrough before you travel, and most of the loan process is remote. Plan one proper visit, and bring the family member who will help decide.
