What is not included in the price
We would rather list this than let you find out later.
Development charges, GST, documentation charges, stamp duty, the G.E.B. electricity meter deposit and other applicable charges are payable separately. Maintenance is paid separately too, once a year, to the maintenance society.
If you want extra work done in your house, we give you an estimate first. The work is done at your cost, paid in advance.
Ask us and we will give you the exact list of extras, with the amounts, in writing.
Come and stand in it.
A floor plan is a drawing. A picture is a picture. Neither tells you how the living room feels at four in the afternoon.
Tell us when you can come. We will keep the house open, keep an hour free, and walk the avenue with you. Site visits happen every day.
