Lake Tree Avenue is on Waghodia Main Road, Kamlapura, between Parul University and Sumandeep Vidyapeeth: about 2.7 km by road from Parul and 3.9 km from Sumandeep Vidyapeeth and Dhiraj Hospital, a drive of under ten minutes off-peak. It has 48 two-storey 2 BHK townhouses, each with three bathrooms, its own terrace and parking at the door.

What are these institutions, and how big are they?
Parul University is a private university at Limda, Waghodia. Its website gives a 250-acre campus, more than 70,500 students and more than 3,500 faculty; these are the university's own figures.
Parul Sevashram Hospital, on the same campus, is a NABH-accredited teaching hospital founded in 2012; its website gives more than 750 beds.
Sumandeep Vidyapeeth at Piparia is a deemed university with medical, dental, nursing and other colleges, including SBKS Medical Institute and Research Centre.
Dhiraj Hospital, its teaching hospital, was established in 2002; Sumandeep Vidyapeeth's website describes it as a tertiary care hospital of more than 1,500 beds.
Between them, these campuses employ teachers, doctors, nurses, technicians, administrators and support staff, many on shifts, and most of them commute from the city every day.
Who does a house here suit?
Faculty and administrative staff who want a short, predictable drive and a house rather than a flat on the city's far side.
Doctors, nurses and technicians on shifts, for whom ten minutes home after a night duty matters more than anything, and who want a gated campus with a guard at the gate at 3 am.
Resident doctors and postgraduates with families, who will be on this road for several years.
Parents of students who would rather the family has a base near the campus. Rental returns are not something we promise; we only say that students and staff do rent homes on this road.
What else does a staff family need nearby?
Schools. Avalon World School (CBSE) is about 4.5 km away, opposite Sumandeep Vidyapeeth. Amicus International School at Khatamba, on Waghodia Road towards the city, and Gujarat Public International School at Pipaliya, Waghodia taluka, are also CBSE-affiliated. Check admissions and transport with each school.
Hospitals. You would be living between two teaching hospitals. For the city's government hospital, SSG Hospital is about 17.8 km.
Shopping and the city. Daily needs are in Waghodia town and the shops near the campuses. The nearest D-Mart is about 13.9 km away and Alkapuri about 19.8 km; this is the edge of the city, and we will not pretend otherwise.
What is the house?
48 two-storey townhouses, each on its own plot of 703 to 1,050 sq ft: a living room, kitchen, store, wash area and a bathroom downstairs; two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, upstairs; and your own terrace on top. Parking is in front of your door, and the whole campus is inside one gate with 24-hour security.
